A child must be 4 by September 1, 2020 to enroll in Pre-K for the 2020/2021 school year.

Parent/Guardian must bring with them to enrollment the following documents:

Birth Certificate

               Current Shot Record

               One of the following:  Social Security Card, Passport or Baptismal Record

               Proof of Any/All Income for the last 12 months

A child must be eligible to attend Pre-K.  Some ways to meet the eligibility are:

               Low Income

               Family Receives TANF

               Family Receives SSI

               Foster Child (Form 2085 must accompany child.)

               Homeless Child (must meet McKinney-Veto Homeless Assistance Act)

               English Language Learners           

               Child of Active Member of Armed Forces of USA

               Child of Injured or Killed Parent While Serving Active Duty in the Armed Forces of USA

                Child of Person Eligible for Star of Texas Award

El niño(a) debe tener 4 años de edad antes o el día del 1^o de septiembre, 2020 para inscribirse en Pre-K para el año escolar 2020/2021.

El padre / guardián debe traer con ellos a la inscripción los siguientes documentos:

Acta de Nacimiento

               Actual Cartilla de Vacunas

               Uno de los siguientes: Tarjeta de Seguro Social, Pasaporte o Registro de Bautismo

               Prueba de cualquier / todos los ingresos de los últimos 12 meses.

Un niño debe ser elegible para asistir a Pre-K.  Algunas maneras de cumplir con los requisitos son:

               De bajos ingresos

               Familia recibe TANF (Asistencia Temporal para Familias Necesitadas)

               Familia recibe SSI (Ingreso Suplementario de Seguro)

               Niños Adoptivos Temporales (Forma 2085 debe acompañar al niño/a.)

               Niños sin Hogar (debe cumplir con la ley de Asistencia para Personas sin Hogar McKinney-Vento)

               Niños que necesitan aprender  el idioma Ingles    

               Hijo (a) de miembro activo de las fuerzas armadas de EE. UU.

               Hijo(a) de padre herido o matado mientras prestaba servicio activo en las Fuerzas Armadas de EE. UU.

                Hijo (a) de Persona Elegible para el Premio Estrella de Texas (Star of Texas Award)
